PIEOLOGY PIZZERIA is NOW hiring Shift Managers for the Redlands location.

We are looking for fast paced and energetic shift leads. Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training programs. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position

Restaurant Management Team responsibilities:

Proficient in customer service, friendly and have a out-going personality

Ensure the safety of our Guests and Associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines

Lead Guest Service Measures of a restaurant including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness through your team using proven systems and routines

Qualifications:

Experience in Fast Food, Quick Service Restaurant REQUIRED

(1) One Year managerial experience REQUIRED

High school or GED required

Minimum age 18 years of age

ADA Statement: Work space is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees may be required to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high.
