1909 Gastropub - Restaurant Manager

1909 gastropub in Old Town Temecula is seeking an individual that is serious about customer service and has a passion for craft beer/spirits and true gastropub food. Seeking a manager that is driven to please guests and has the experience to direct a large team. 1909 is a high volume restaurant with 280 seats.

An ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, friendly, and a problem solver. The manager is responsible for the day to day operations at 1909. This includes directing staff and patrons' satisfaction. Our training program includes training in all FOH positions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years management experience at a high volume restaurant or bar

- Hours that are flexible to business demands. Including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

- 1 year of craft cocktail and craft beer experience

- Able to coach new hires and motivate team members

- Does well under pressure and fast-paced situations

- Has managed a team of at least 40 employees

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, at least 20" or less; distant vision at 20' or more and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and own or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships), and the ability to adjust focus.
