Office/dispatcher Needed

Welcome, we are looking for applicants willing to work in a dispatch position. The following tasks are what we expect applicants who join us to fulfill on a nightly basis:

1. Answering calls from clients requesting emergency security services between the hours the designated service hours.

2. Dispatching out vehicle patrol and standing guards information to designated locations in response to client calls.

3. Typing incoming reports for the standing guards nightly duties and submitting them to the designated clients.

4. Responding to requests and needs from vehicle patrol and night supervisors via radio.

It is REQUIRED that applicants have the following skill sets; type between 45-55 wpm and Understanding of proper phone etiquette.

Also helpful but not required is familiarity with Microsoft Word, Gmail Voicemail, and Destiny Patrol Software. Applicants must have reliable transportation, be willing to work the graveyard shift and able to adapt to unexpected situations. MUST BE READY TO WORK RIGHT AWAY.
