We are Hiring Logistics Specialist and Forklift drivers

Logistics Specialist role is responsible for the overall workflow of warehouse order processing and procedures. This role is responsible for ensuring Trading Partners accounts are handled effectively as it relates to capturing orders via WMS and ensuring orders ship timely via carrier routing portals. This includes the processing flow for daily orders, communication of work instructions to the team, providing problem solving support and resolutions, warehouse data entry and invoicing.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

- Assists manager in daily order flow.

- Relays work instructions to the floor.

- Processes and complete all assigned work.

- Help associates with problem resolutions pertaining to orders.

- Understanding & compliant of Trading Partner routing guides.

- A-Z outbound order processing.

- Scheduling pickups for outbound orders via carrier portals & e-mail

- Label creation & BOL’s.

- Trading partner timely invoicing via WMS
