Chiropractic Receptionist

We are a busy chiropractic office looking for a receptionist.

This is an upbeat environment!

This receptionist position is a bustling hub of office activity, facilitating timely patient flow and supporting the needs of doctor and therapists in serving our patients. Answering 3-line phone, scheduling appointments, welcoming and assisting patients, data collection/entry, and fee collection and appointment scheduling at end of visit are the central functions. Medical record security, money handling, deposits, opening/closing procedures are included. Some cross-over duties with basic medical billing procedures may be involved, for which we train. Multitasking skills are essential.

Professionalism and kind-hearted genuineness are key in this office. Simplicity and freshness describe the image we portray for a natural health care life-style.

We will train the right person. Comfort with basic math skills, basic computer skills, and basic communication skills are required. We prefer candidates with excellent people skills, attention to detail, and strong multitasking capabilities. Experience with 10-key adding machine and business typing is helpful. Training and support structures here are strong.
