Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with an experienced OB/GYN doctor and a team of midwives to provide comprehensive care to women in a rural health setting. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us as our clinic expands. We’re looking for someone passionate about women's health and committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in collaboration with OB/GYN physicians and midwives.

Perform physical exams, screenings, and health assessments.

Assist in the management of prenatal and postnatal care, including family planning and gynecological services.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and lab results.

Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide health education and counseling to patients.

Manage a diverse caseload, addressing a range of women's health issues.

Participate in patient education and outreach efforts to promote health and wellness in the community.

Be an integral part of the expanding clinic and contribute to the development of new services and patient care initiatives.

Requirements:

Current and valid PA license in California (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or primary care preferred.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Willingness to relocate or commute to our beautiful rural clinic in Northern California.
