An ideal candidate would have the following:

- Bachelor’s Degree required. Having a degree focus in Economics, Business, or Finance is preferred but not required

- Securities licenses, for example, Series 65, 7, or 66

- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification is preferred but not required

- Previous experience advising clients on investments and finances required

- At least 5-years of client service experience

- At least 5-years of professional office experience

- Familiarity with financial investments, including securities, insurance, and managed money

- Sales training or experience

- Friendly and engaging personality

- Ability to present in front of individuals and groups with comfort

- Comfort with computer systems, such as Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Portfolio Management Systems, and Client Relationship Management systems
