AR Accounts Receivable Specialist

Steve Wills Trucking & Logging, has an immediate opening for an A/R Specialist. This is a full time position of 40 hours per week. Qualified candidates will have, 2+ years A/R experience and extensive use of Microsoft suite (Excel). Desirable qualities: positive attitude, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, excellent problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills. Responsible for answering multi-line phones, maintaining bookkeeping spreadsheets, updating information as needed, communicating with employees and clients to request and arrange payments, recording and tracking payments, creating reports and balance sheets, updating client accounts, working closely with the President of the company and General Managers to provide on-demand reports and information and some HR duties. Ability to accurately read, write and speak Spanish not necessary but advantageous.
