Dental Office Receptionist

We are looking for a dental office receptionist for our busy, well established, highly professional dental office. Must be very friendly, socially engaging and fun loving. This position is full time.

You must be a friendly, positive, self-motivated, team player who enjoys working to help people become and maintain health. Applicant has to be a pleasant, outgoing, bright, talkative, positive person who can handle working hard while having fun.

Dental experience is a big plus. You will be answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling treatment, coordinating hygienist's schedule, running the practice's social media presence, and discussing treatment and finances with patients. Taking care of our patients and making them comfortable and happy is our number one job. Organization, communication and calm under pressure are a must.

Experience with Dentrix and Dexis a plus. Spanish also a big plus.

Great compensation and benefits (medical, dental, 401K, production bonus, more). $16 to $22+ per hour depending on experience.
