Help Desk Specialist

Description Are you a Help Desk Specialist looking to make a change in 2023? If so, please keep reading! I have a client looking to add a Help Desk Specialist to their team. This role is permanent and would work 100% on-site in Hanford, CA.As the Help Desk Specialist, you would ensure the stable operation of all in-house Microsoft infrastructures and be responsible for escalated end user hardware and software support issues, user set up and configuration, and support staff training where required. In addition to monitoring email and ticketing queues for proactive self-assignment of tasks and respond in the appropriate manner (phone, email, in-person).Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in an IT Support role.

Understanding of general server maintenance, image and deploy PCs/laptops, user set up and configuration, Active Directory management, and remote/on-site end-user support,

Strong communication skills and the decision-making skills.
