Description Robert Half is currently working with an established E-Commerce company in Goleta to find a stellar receptionist! This influential and innovative company is seeking a candidate who is well-spoken and looking to grow their career. The ideal candidate would be a motivated, positive individual that enjoys multi-tasking and handling several projects at once. This is a long term contract to hire Receptionist position and is available to start as soon as next week!What you get to do every single dayHelp out other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures

Managing all incoming phone calls

Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

Be a welcoming presence for visitors

Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

Requirements

Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

Be detailed, flexible, and organized

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

Solid understanding of Receptionist Duties
