Job Description & Requirements
Provides general facilities admin support for ServiceMaster which may include data entry, collections and problem solving. Ensures all receivables and payables are done accurately within a timely matte. Must be organized in customer appointments with excellent follow through or customer requests. Must provide excellent customer Service and work well with our established team.
Strong computer skills along with widows and office XP software. Knowledge of Google applications a plus.
Written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with strong analytical organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Excellent multi-taking, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to follow through with specific requests
-We will train our estimating Xatimate and Job Management software Restore 365.
