Now hiring an office admin person / receptionist for our office in Lotus. Hours will be 9-4 Monday to Thursday with 1/2 hour lunch; additional hours available during peak season times in January to April and September to October.

Duties include answering phones, receiving and processing paperwork, preparing files and tracking work in progress, organizing and scanning documents, following up and ensuring team stays on deadline. You will be using computer software such as Excel, Word, Quickbooks, payroll software, and document management software.

Ideal candidate will have office experience, be extremely proficient with computers, be detail oriented, and good at communicating with internal team and external clients. Must be punctual and reliable. Experience or education in accounting, bookkeeping, or tax preparation a plus.
