Job Summary

Our premier, customer-focused private practice is seeking an accomplished, cordial Front Desk Coordinator who will be the heart of our team! As the first point of contact, your impeccable client service skills will be valued by our patients of record, prospective patients and referring doctors who you’ll interact with daily. We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what you’ll be doing

Responsibilities include patient check-in, scheduling, clarifying financial policies, as well as process and verify insurance information in an organized and timely manner. Present clients with treatment options and arrange financial agreements. You will collaborate with clinical staff to modify schedules and mitigate issues as they arise. You will also manage and coordinate interactions with the Doctor and Manager.

You will need these qualifications

Front Office Experience – 5 years

DA or RDA a plus

Polished professional, with ability to deliver top-notch client service, while balancing competing priorities

Ability to organize information with precision

Clear and accurate presentation skills with a friendly demeanor

Knowledge of dental insurance procedures, including terminology and financial guidelines

Continuously provide exceptional, supportive service, while understanding and upholding financial obligations

Experience using Eaglesoft

Possess basic computer skills with ability to learn new software

Proficient in basic math a must


Clinical experience in a dental office environment

Solid knowledge of dental insurance and dental procedures

DA or RDA required

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:45-5:00 and Fridays 8-1
