Dispatching

Negotiate rates with freight brokers

Experienced in using load boards

Experienced Refrigerated produce freight

High-level Customer Service

Phones

Past Office experience including computers and is a must

Must be able to use a computer/internet for dispatch program and other light duty office work

Job Qualifications

Transportation experience required

Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills are a must

Possess professional phone mannerisms

Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun
