$15.00 per hour - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunity for growth in skills and compensation based on in-house level system.

Striping and seal coating team members are talented and motived application technicians. These application technicians apply pavement resurfaces, paint and crack sealant to asphalt parking lots.

This job requires knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, proper application techniques and sequence, and overall construction logic and problem solving skills.

Valid, insurable drivers license is mandatory

This job requires knowledge of various equipment including but not limited to; line stripers, hot applied crack seal machines, hydraulic seal coating applicators (spray and squeegee), grinders and power sweepers. Knowledge of trouble shooting and basic mechanics is very important. Knowledge of tools including shovels, jackhammers, hand saws, and many others is required.

Knowledge and use of proper construction PPE is a must!

Hours for this position vary from overnight to full days, many times 12 hours or 6 or more consecutive work days. This job requires flexibility and commitment to be on time and work at any time the jobs are needed to get done. This position often requires a large amount of travel, and the ability to be out of town for up to 2 weeks at a time.

Completing quality work onsite, efficiently.

Attendance and punctuality

Jobsite Safety

Post job walkthroughs before leaving site to spot any deficiencies in the work.

Proper unloading procedures daily.

Communicating any issues in which the employee notices any item not to Anderson Standard with the Operations Manager
