If you are an individual that will proactively facilitate communication between dealers, customers and the company by building relationships and providing hands-on product support, you are the right person to work as part of this team at this premier harvest equipment manufacturer.

You must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Work with our dealers and their salesmen to:

- Maintain customer contact

- Establish new customers

- Assist with sales

- Assist with sales to ensure proper equipment selection is made for the customer’s application

- Demonstrations: set up, schedule delivery, or personally deliver, equipment for demo

- Instruct existing and new customers in proper set up, operation and maintenance of equipment

- Provide product support

Work with our dealers’ parts departments to:

- Maintain a parts inventory for the company's equipment in the area

- Advise of new requirements

- Assist with information about parts usage

Work with our dealers’ service department to:

- Survey equipment for repairs

- Report repair issues to Service or Engineering Departments

Also:

- Survey customer’s equipment for required repairs done by the customer or Service Department

- Be proactive and highly self-motivated to seek out and identify new sales opportunities

- Attend trade shows and industry related events

- Maintain a Class A license and knowledge of applicable regulations and requirements

- Travel to international dealers to assist them and their customers

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong mechanical aptitude required

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

- Strong organizational skills required

- Awareness of time constraints, urgency, and on-time performance of all duties required

- Agricultural background preferred

- Class A drivers’ license required

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook required

- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat required

OTHER DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Industry experience

- Experience with, and knowledge of, company equipment
