South Fresno county-based company experiencing tremendous growth is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter, with rigorous full cycle recruiting skills for current and future positions.

- Manage the full cycle recruitment

- Pre-screening of candidates

- Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates

- Onboarding Process

- Enforce all company health and safety policies

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be Bilingual Spanish written and spoken English and Spanish

- 2+ years of recruiting experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of employment law

- AA degree preferred
