- Primary function is making sales by obtaining orders or contracts for service and candidates and making the match.

- Continually develop new, ongoing, and successful business relationships with candidates and clients.

- Serves as a consultant to the clients and candidates in staffing issues, at least providing guidance in finding the answers.

- Staffing Consultants also manage the temporary associates that they place including hiring, disciplining and firing.

- Each Recruiter/Staffing Consultant is responsible for a set of assigned client companies and serves as liaison between clients and candidates. Recruiter/Staffing Consultant will source, interview, send on interviews, and place candidates.

- Responsible for making sure data entry is accurate, references have been checked, appropriate testing has been done and that background and skills are appropriate to the client's needs and requests.

- Will make in person contact with prospective and ongoing clients to develop new and additional business and are required to make in-person visits to these companies.

- Responsible for maintaining a level of production through sourcing search assignments from new clients as well as filling those called in to the company.

- Looks for possibilities beyond what is obvious; skill-markets top candidates and gets additional and repeat business through customer relationship building and account penetration, anticipates the needs of clients and candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2-3 years' business to business sales experience but the right attitude a must

- High drive

- Integrity above all else

- Staffing/recruiting experience highly desirable

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
