What we need from you:

-High School diploma or equivalent (Some positions may also require: At least 60 units/credits completed in college or accredited institution of higher education; classes or coursework must be Human-Services major or related)

-One year or more of experience in a direct support or caregiver role working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

-Must be 18 years of age

-Valid CA driver’s license in good standing required

-Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks

-Compassionate approach

-Reliable, responsible attitude
