Dental Treatment Coordinator

California KiDDS Pediatric Dentistry is a busy pediatric dentistry office with an opening for a dental treatment coordinator. An ideal candidate must be dependable, detail oriented, and organized with exceptional communication skills. Must also be friendly, upbeat with a positive attitude, and be able to relate well to both children and adults. Dental treatment coordinating experience is preferred and bilingual spanish/english is a plus.

Job duties include but are not limited to; preparing and presenting treatment plans, scheduling appointments for multiple office locations and providers, collecting payments, answering multi-line phone, end of day reports, and other front office duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday. Benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, and 401K/profit sharing. Background and drug screening are included with the employment application process.
