Job Summary:

The Bookkeeper will assist with overseeing our financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. The successful candidate will accurately perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, invoicing, and record payments and adjustments.

Assisting front desk in providing exceptional customer service to all employees, and customers. Answer phones, filing, assisting employees.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years Bookkeeping experience

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

-Excellent verbal and written communication

-Organized

-Ability to provide Administrative Support to ALL departments within Company
