Facilities Technician (Night Shift)

PLEASE NOTE: This position is for C Shift (Wed-Fri & alternating Sat., 5pm-5am) HVAC Maintenance, Waste Water Maintenance, electrical maintenance and mechanical maintenance. Responsible for all critical general building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other infrastructure as well as process systems such as Process Cooling water, Process Vacuum and High Purity Gases.Serves as point of contact for the response to andmanagement of emergency and critical situations affecting site infrastructure.Functions as Site Emergency Response Team MemberAssists in expediting complex facilities troubleshooting efforts implementing effective and timely corrective actions.Follow OCAP procedures and perform corrective action. Enter VSS Data and write shift pass-downs.Performs a variety of mechanical and electrical work for small projects.  Performs material take offs and writes Purchase Requisitions to order parts.Follow established procedures to perform preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance tasks as assigned.
