Location: Remote 100%

Duration: 1 Permanent Direct hire role, 4 Contract-to-hire positions available.

4 Positions are Contract-to-Hire, hourly rate is open. 5 total openings - 1 FTE direct hire/permanent role.

Conversion Salary: 5+ years of exp. 130-140K conversion salary. 3-5 years 120K conversion salary. Location: 100% remote - open on time zone. Job description: We are looking for a talented, motivated individual with a quantitative aptitude, a broad knowledge of math, statistics and business, hands-on data analysis and strategic thinking skills to join our Analytics Team. The analyst will be responsible for analysis and insights for our Revenue business that generates multi billion dollars annually. The analyst will primarily use internal subscription and viewership data and pair that with external research. What customers watch, when they watch and where they consume the content helps us understand changes in consumer behavior. The analyst will discern the patterns from data to help us understand how internal and external factors in the video landscape are impacting the business. Roles and Responsibilities:

• The analyst will be take general direction on goals to accomplish through her or his analytic outputs. They will use their independent judgement and experience to devise an analytic plan to solve business problems.
• Collect and condense all relevant data. Determine the proper analytic or statistical methods to use. Interpret data to identify causal relationships and trigger points that influence customer behavior
• Present a cohesive story to on the results of the analysis. Based on a solid business acumen, the analyst will cobble all the data and present it in a manner that is accurate and consumable for leadership.
• Build processes to automate reporting functions. Define and create new metrics and report layouts with best visual aids to be consumed by executives as well as working teams.
• Mentor and leverage the specialized skills from junior analysts to accomplish the overall objective of projects.

Qualifications - External Background

• Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business or related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10 years related experience in advanced analytics, statistical methods, data science, big data, relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques
• Fluency in one or more of the following statistical programming languages: SQL, R, Python, SAS. Excellence in SQL preferred.
• Recommend solutions to improve performance based on analysis
• Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
