Lead Cloud Engineer Architect

• Design, deploy, operate, and maintain secure Cloud products and services within a Cloud-based environment to enable development teams to deliver features in the most efficient way possible
• Maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure. Provide Source Control Management/Documentation, create and maintain fully automated CI build processes for multiple environments; write, build and deploy scripts
• Support CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance. Support full automation of CI/ testing
• Support policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers
• Enable successful release management by moving code from Development and Testing environments to Staging and Production
• Work closely with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms
• Provide guidance and apply agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices to streamline product delivery and reliable operations of product
• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives
• Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance
• Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with organization objectives

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Must have an active TS Clearance with in-scope SSBI/T5 investigation and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI for Special Programs. Must be willing to consent to a Poly
• Experience should include of design and implementing scalable and robust cloud environments on AWS and/or Azure
• In-depth understanding of and experience as a cloud architect with AWS, IaaS, PaaS, and databases
• Hands on demonstrable experience in designing and deploying cloud solutions
• Hands-on experience with a diverse set of Amazon Web Services, Azure, VMWare services (compute, storage, network, security, administration, automation, application services, databases)
• Experience in the following areas: Incident Response, Logging and Monitoring, Security, Identity and Access Management, and Data Protection
• Strong experience in building and deploying systems on the Cloud, using CI/CD frameworks and Infrastructure automation
• Hands-on experience in large-scale distributed solution architecture engineering, integration, applications, analysis
• Experience/Proficiency rapidly translating mission needs into end-to-end capabilities and services solution design
• Experience using Agile systems implementation methodologies

• Experience leading and architecting distributed cloud solutions
• Advanced certifications for Azure and/or AWS - Professional/Specialty certifications
• Familiarity with DOD Risk Management Framework Assessment & Authorization (RMF A&A), FedRAMP, the DOD cloud provisional authorization (PA) process, and the processes to successfully acquire and maintain an Authorization to Operate (ATO)
