Description We are seeking a Medical Scribe/Data Entry Representative to join our team! The objective of a Medical Scribe is to uphold Pledge's excellent patient care standards. To achieve success in this role, the Medical Scribe will be required to take direction from the Supervisor and work effectively with the Clinical team of Physicians, Medical Assistants and Case Coordinators to ensure optimal patient care.Responsibilities:Assist Physician during consultation and follow-up appointmentsGenerate reports from medical personnelTranslate abbreviations into proper formReview reports for completenessCorrect errors in transcription, grammar, punctuation and spellingQualifications:Ability to present a highly professional image and positive attitude in compliance with the company shared values.Excellent communication skillsAbility to work as a team memberWell organized with an attention to detailAbility to manage several projects simultaneouslyExtensive knowledge on HIPAA compliancePrevious experience in medical transcription or other related fieldsStrong attention to detailScribe certification preferredBi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.Requirements Records Maintenance, Basic Office Skills, MS Word, Scheduling Appt - Calendar Management, Filing, Fax, MS Excel, MS Outlook Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
