RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Daly City, CA that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities: Senior Business Analyst will analyze business technology requirements and specifications against value and risk of potential solutions Identify suitable technological solutions for the business Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessment analyses for proposed solutions to determine suitability Recommend proposed solutions and/or enhancements to improve and optimize processes, workflows, performance, and systems Manage risk associated with new solutions and/or proposed enhancements Work with the product owner and other stakeholders to identify requirements and priorities As a Senior Business Analyst, you will escalate business decisions as required Leadership responsibilities include core team participation within an Agile product owner team Translate business requirements and user needs into functional specifications; Incorporate all customer and stakeholder feedback to ensure business requirements are fully captured and adjust priority of deliverables according to evolving business needs Ensure that business requirements are incorporated into the solution design Review technical documentation of the design documents, coding documents and user manuals

REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of experience Experience documenting Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) Excellent people skills Must be able to facilitate Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain sound working relationships Both a strong data and business acumen required Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks as delegated Creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deadlines Proficient understanding of designing and delivering project portfolio level reporting Comfortable in working with large, multi-dimensional projects Experience in working within cross-divisional product teams Excellent oral and written communications skills for frequent interaction with end users and preparation of functional specifications and other written documents Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail Team-player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment to reach consensus among business users
