Data entry/ admin assistant

Hours: Monday - Friday mornings and early afternoon availability.

Monday's and Fridays are important for open availability

Job Description:

This position is: 60% data entry and Technical data entry (keen eye to detail is needed to avoid easy errors when entering data, intuitive learning patterns learned and retained [self learner]).

40% customer service (answering phone calls, calling customers, and handling issues over the phone and email)

Flexible schedule with school (work around classes). Morning and early afternoon hours needed.

Requirements:

Must arrive on time when scheduled

Must not call in sick often (if this is a common occurrence, do not apply)

General Microsoft Office programs knowledge

General computer and internet use

Must be comfortable sitting in front of a computer for extended periods
