Nice breakf/lunch cafe looking for creative lead cook w/mgmt skills

Looking for someone who can crank out beautiful plates on the line, who would also like creative input into menu and specials, and has experience (or strong desire to learn) kitchen management skills.

Job comes with happy coworkers, generous meal allowance, and some flexibility with regard to work schedule, but reliability and weekend availability are required.
