We have an immediate opportunity for a Mac Support Engineer at Carpinteria, CA. The ideal candidate should have in 5-6 Years of experience in Mac Support Engineer with strong experience in mixed Mac/Windows environment. Must have strong MAC experience. Must have strong hardware / software troubleshooting skills. Must have experience in JAMF and/or SCCM imaging and troubleshooting. Must have experience in troubleshooting using a command-line interface. Must have good understanding of enterprise storage and basic troubleshooting (SAN, NAS and Fiber Channel). Must have knowledge of the Adobe CC suite and basic troubleshooting. Have a good knowledge of UNIX, Windows, and Network Fundamentals. Must be able to provide white-glove break/fix response, fulfill requests, maintain ticket SLAs, write knowledge base articles, and maintain edit stations and other studio equipment in a primarily Macintosh-based environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in Mac OS, Hardware/Software, Windows, SCCM, Unix, Networks and SLA's. No third-party agencies please, all candidates must work on PRIMUS' payroll directly.
