Requirements:

Must demonstrate knowledge of necessary trade skills including but not limited to: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and drywall repair. Knowledge of tools and equipment to perform required trade skills.

Valid Driver License

Valid Vehicle Insurance

Reliable Transportation and the use of personal vehicle for work when needed

Description:

We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance/repairs for our Apartment Communities in Bakersfield in a manner most effective and beneficial to property owners, while maintaining a safe and operational living atmosphere for residents.

This position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week / Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm WEEKENDS OFF!
