Dog groomer and Part-time Associate wanted for dog daycare

MOUNTAIN DOG CLUB is HIRING

We are excited to announce the opening of Tehachapi’s first K9 socialization club. We will be offering Daycare, Boarding, Training, Social Play Groups, Grooming and Outdoor Adventures. We are looking to hire a groomer and/or a part-time associate.

Following qualities we look for in a groomer:

- Love dogs and be able to handle all types of conditions (puppy, senior, misbehaved, medical issues)

- Minimum 1 year experience as a professional groomer

- Ability to perform all breed cuts / styles

- Must be reliable and punctual

- Must have excellent customer service with the ability to communicate well with customers and follow directions as far as grooming specifications

- Team player

- Be able to stand for hours and lift big dogs

- Self motivated

Following qualities we look for in a part-time associate:

- Must be 18 years or older

- Must be willing to learn and listen

- Must be reliable and punctual

- Must be focused on providing excellent customer service

- No experience with dogs/animals is necessary! We will be happy to train you

Opportunities to work morning, evening or overnight shifts available, and weekends/holidays are a must.
