This person will focus on team level change initiatives including: changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The primary responsibility will be assisting in the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, but minimize resistance. The position will work with managers to drive faster adoption, improve utilization, increase benefit realization, create value, increase return on investment, and deliver ultimate results and outcomes.Job Description:Key Responsibilities: Supports change efforts by establishing and executing communication plans. Consults and collaborates with project teams. Identifies, evaluates, and manages anticipated resistance in user readiness. Supports content developers and Organizational Change Managers. Constructs and distributes communications focusing on project change initiatives.
