Due to a major uptick in business, we’re hiring sales representatives with at least 3 years of proven successful outside sales experience. You’ll never have to prospect or cold-call again! Our Sales Consultants are provided with daily appointments, a proven paid sales training program, along with extensive and ongoing product training. This is a legitimate first-year six-figure opportunity for the right person.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Have an amazing and optimistic attitude at all times.

Learn, apply and follow the STP (Sales Training Program) and methods, which are proven to help our Sales Consultants close deals.

You must be organized and detail-oriented.

Communicate effectively, positively, professionally and respectfully.

Sell on the benefits of our best-in-class products, and not strictly on price.

Meet with each prospect (lead) provided to you, no matter where they are located.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST LIVE IN CENTRAL, ARKANSAS (Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Hot Springs, etc.)

-High School Diploma or GED.

-Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.

-Must have reliable transportation.

-3 Years experience in a Commissionable Sales environment.

-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (product samples and sales kits).

-Ability to travel within the state of Arkansas.

-Must be able to work assigned hours, based upon the appointment times which are scheduled throughout the week, Monday - Friday, and occasionally on Saturday.

-You must be coachable and willing to learn our best practices sales techniques.
