As aFacility TechnicianIIIyou would be responsible for managing the transportation and disposal of residue materials produced as a by-product of the incineration process by operating equipment such as a roll-off truck and/or track hoe. Key Responsibilities:
Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Moving and loading roll-off boxes and railcars using a track hoe
Operating a roll-off truck to dump roll-off containers of residue materials to rail cars for transporation and disposal
Performs other duties as required, such as preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and general housekeeping
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
HS Diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience operating heavy equipment (track hoe, back hoe, etc.)
Ability to work a rotating shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work under adverse conditions (heat & cold)
Commercial driving and/or railcar experience is a plus
