The Sales Conversion Specialist (SCS) role will provide ongoing support to a designated group of Regional and National Manager of Business Development professionals (MBDs) and the corresponding Director of Sales leader in the Central States. This will help drive more wins, protect valuable sales talent and improve the customer experience in sales process. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:The SCS will provide MBDs with post-sale support, allowing MBDs to re-focus on prospecting, building pipeline and closing new business.The SCS will look to build rapport and garner confidence with the client in an effort to move the implementation process forward by building trust and acting as a consultant to the post-sale process.The SCS will usher the implementation along and alleviate post-sale activities for MBDs. Some of these responsibilities will consist of collecting, reviewing and submitting implementation forms and documents, coordinating implementation calls and acting as liaison between sales, client management, implementations, early engagement, and the new client partner.The SCS will concentrate on generating new business opportunities that will include managing and executing an email campaign for the team, follow-up on appointments, review FMIS, Card and Partner Reporting and conduct Web Research.Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with MBD, post-sale, to ensure they have a complete understanding of business sold and client requirements
Participate in Post-Sale debrief with MBD to understand nuances and intricacies of the deal
Participate in transitional call with MBD & Client to review implementation process, data gathering, and next steps
Joint call led by MBD. MBD will to introduce SCS as well as discuss next steps on the implementation process and requirements
Distribute all technical documentations to client

Upon all data collection, personnel will submit all required cases and get IPL/Deployment assigned
Participate in ongoing implementation calls with client until go-live is completed
In post launch, track launch activity and advise MBD of any delays encountered
Complete post launch call with MBD if necessary
Qualifications:Role must be in the Central Time Zon
Proficiency Microsoft Offices skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Proficiency in Sales Force knowledge is preferred
Experienced in External and Internal sales support of a regional team and sales leaders
Highly articulate both verbally and in written form
Highly motivated, results orientated, strong interpersonal skills to build deep and profitable partnerships with both internal and external customers
Cross functional project management skills particularly in implementing new initiatives and results-based strategies, including a willingness to challenge traditional approaches
Solid analytical and decision-making capabilities and an ability to drive process improvement
Desire to ensure that the customer’s needs are clearly understand and appropriate solutions are developed and implemented in a timely manner
Well-developed, multi-task management and prioritization skills
The ability to analyze management information and manage work allocation effectively
Strong attention to detail
The ability to research and seek out the relevant information
The ability to professionally communicate and adapt communication style to suit the appropriate audience
The ability to make informed judgments
The ability to make appropriate determinations of assessment within the business guidelines
A proactive, structured and organized approach to work
