What: UX Product Designers Where: REMOTE ALLOWED Contract to hire: Yes

The Team: Next generation, future vision applications to help from financial and associate experience perspective, analyze how well teams, products, etc. are doing. Future experiences for HR systems/tools (compensation/benefits/etc.) The Need: Designer passionate about crafting experiences from zero and defining the future would be interested - nothing is off limits- what is experience we want to create and helping provide guidance to product team and how do we get there.

Required Skills: Drive design strategy - working with stakeholders, Product owner, development team and collaborating with engineers who are implementing solutions- Creating POCs • Strong Product Design experience - UX/UI generalist - need to be strong in both, heavier in UX - UI is more of a notch on the belt

• Experience with end-to-end product design - needs to have shipped products to market (1 product for mid, multiple for senior)

• Interaction design skills - think about things systematically, screen flows, micro-interactions

• Research experience o Ability to conduct (or at least understand) research - Partner with stakeholders when necessary - Strong communication skills • Wireframing • Low and high-fidelity prototyping • Usability testing • Experience in Responsive web layouts, do not have a lot of native mobile applications - so they do not need that - can apply design to desktop and for mobile • Visual/UI is extremely important • Have good eye - visual balance, hierarchy - can lean on design system • Agile/Enterprise level experience is going to be required
