Mortgage Inspector (Occupancy Checks, Drivers Needed)

National property inspection company looking for independent contractors in the following area:

Yuma, Sommerton, San Luis

You must live in this area to be eligible.

If you are interested in this work from home opportunity you are welcome to apply. Volume is steady in this area producing over 100 inspections per month. Most inspections are drive by occupancy inspections with the following required photos: Street Sign, Street view, Front of home, Address Number and visual occupancy indicator. Additional inspections require a door card to be left at the property if contact is not made, with a photo proving you left it. Each inspection only requires 5-10 minutes of your time and are paid per inspection @ $6 -$14 per file. All inspections can be completed and uploaded on your phone.

The following tools are required for this position:

Android or I phone with data capability for uploads in the field

Home computer, printer

Reliable fuel efficient vehicle

Mapping program or directional skills

In order to achieve success in this role you must be reliable, trustworthy, able to communicate effectively with homeowners and have a sense of time management.

No experience is necessary although it is preferred. Back ground checks will be conducted after successful completion of initial assignments.
