This is a PT temporary position located on the MCAS Yuma Air Station base for a contractor who holds a government contract on the base to complete various construction projects.

The current Office Manager will be going on maternity leave and she would like to have someone start by September 15th for training and the position will be until November 13th (with the possibility of an extension). Please see requirements below:

1. MUST pass background check on base and have current registration and insurance on your vehicle.

2. MUST have 5 years of Office Management experience listed on your resume.

3. A/R experience.

4. Working with Government projects a plus, but not necessary.

5. Punctuality and efficiency are important b/c every document is due by a certain time on a certain day of the week to a specific person on a daily/weekly basis.

The company is small, there are only (4) employees in our local Office on base with (2) out-of-state owners whom you will also assist. Hours can be negotiated but will be approximately 20 - 30 (max)-hours a week.
