Unique Person Wanted For Unique Skilled Work

Business owner-operator seeking helper to train and replace owner in a unique "green" business. Technical aptitude required. Keen observation skills (good eyesight and hearing a must) and using some hand tools mandatory.

Candidate MUST be teachable and trustworthy, have reliable, 4 wheeled motor transportation and good people skills with people who might be a little stressed out. No selling, no delivering, no installing, no hard labor but all work is outdoors, all year so tolerating extreme desert temps is mandatory.

The work is plumbing related but NOT being a plumber tho a plumbing background is helpful. No turd herding or septic work, only relatively clean work is involved. Usually, minor repairs also involved. Must be able to carry 40 pounds short distances over sometimes rough terrain.

Pay is dependent on skills and effort, but after training at $15 per hour, qualified person will usually top $50-$100 per hour, sometimes more. Mostly part time. Hardly ever more than 6 hours per day or less than 2.

All unique tools provided but qualified candidate will provide their own hand tools.

Must WANT to learn, and must enjoy life. No dour wet blankets, no meth monkeys, no alkies - weed ok off the job as long as learning time isn't impaired.

Non-disclosure/ non-competition agreement is a must.
