We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and energetic Assistant Community Association Manager to join our well established property management team. This position works to help the manager with various projects while ensuring consistent implementation and execution of Company policies and procedures while adhering to Homeowner Association (HOA) guidelines. In addition to helping with projects, the assistant manager coordinates meetings with vendors and ehlps with meetings and presentations as well as processing architectural applications, violations, and maintaining amenity calendars. We are looking for an experienced and motivated team player who possesses a keen attention to detail, has strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to manage several tasks at once.

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Project management knowledge.

Experience using management software.

Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher).

Basic knowledge of association governing documents.

Prior HOA management preferred.
