You will be leasing apartments using your customer service skills and working in a team environment while creating a positive experience for prospects and residents. All new & experienced candidates are welcome to apply! We even host a Leasing 101 class if you're new to get you prepared.

Responsibilities:

-List and lease available apartment homes.

-Answer calls, set tour appointments, and get prospects to show and apply for available apartments.

-Promoting unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.

-Qualifying prospects and assisting throughout the application process.

-Handle phone calls, internet inquiries, and in-person customer service concerns for residents.

Leasing Consultant Qualifications:

-Previous experience in property management or related fields helpful.

-Ability to qualify and close on prospects.

-Ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.

-Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills.

-Property management software experience is preferred but training will be provided if needed.
