Position Summary:

As a Shipping & Receiving + Decoration Specialist, you will be an integral part of our logistics and production team. This unique role combines the hands-on responsibilities of shipping and receiving with elements of product decoration. You will coordinate the flow of materials, ensure timely deliveries, and play a key role in decorating products to align with our high standards of quality. We’re looking for someone who can bring both precision and proficiency to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving

Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, including inventory checks, packing, and labeling to ensure smooth logistics.

Track and process orders, ensuring all products are shipped accurately and on time.

Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are prioritized.

Decoration Specialist

Learn the fundamentals of embroidery through hands on training with one of our decoration specialists.

Decorate products according to specifications, ensuring that each item meets quality standards.

Maintain a workspace that is organized and stocked with necessary materials.

What You Bring to the Team:

Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, and embroidery decoration.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with a positive attitude.

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Qualifications:

Experience with FedEx software preferred.

Strong reading comprehension and color differentiation skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Professional demeanor and appearance, with punctual and reliable attendance.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Background check required (no felonies, shoplifting, or assault charges).
