CNC Lathe Supervisor

Busy Aerospace Manufacturer looking for a CNC Lathe Supervisor.

Responsibilities will include developing part process, designing and creating work holding solutions for the lathe department, programming for the department, assisting other employees, mentoring and developing the people in your department.

Requirements:

Must understand Mazatrol

Able to write simple programs at the machine

Able to use software to develop part programs

Able to problem solve

Attention to detail

Knowledge of how to inspect your parts

Able to help others and train

Available to work between 45-50 hours a week when needed

Multi axis (lathe mill, integrex/Multus) machine experience preferred

First shift
