Paralegal

PARALEGAL for Personal Injury Law Firm. Seeking experienced professional with excellent organizational and writing skills, initiative and attention to detail.

Position entails working in busy office. Responsibilities include:

- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery and disclosure, demand letters and correspondence;

- Preparing and e-filing pleadings, service, and mailing of legal documents;

- Familiarity and experience with personal injury liens;

- Ability to organize, review and analyze client medical records and bills;

- Communication with clients, attorneys, experts, insurance adjusters, etc.;

- Preparation for trials, arbitrations and mediations;

- Documenting case notes and other pertinent information in the firm’s case management software system;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

- At least 5 years of experience as a personal injury or litigation paralegal

- In-depth knowledge of Arizona court rules and procedures
