Full Time House Cleaning Up to $16 an hour

NW Tucson cleaning company hiring full time house cleaning position.

In a time such as we are in right now, cleaning has never been more important. We train, educate, and coach our team members to learn cleaning processes that are the most efficient. After completing the training program each team member is certified in the cleaning program.

This job is hard work and labor intensive. Climb ladders, scrub baseboards, we even clean light switches with a toothbrush! One should be open to learning, communicative, honest, reliable, and flexible to apply.

The company offers weekly bonuses, commute pay, and many other opportunities to earn extra income on top of hourly pay. There is also paid time off, 401k opportunities after a year, and holiday pay.

The pay starts at $13.00 an hour with income potential up to $15.00 an hour within the first 6 months. Many team members that have been with the company for over a year make upwards of $17-$18 an hour with weekly incentives.

Most team members clean two houses a day on their own. No team work! You don't spend a lot of time in your vehicle driving from house to house.
