Husky Preservation and REO Services LLC is a regional REO/P&P contractor located in Southern California. We are looking for vendors or handymen in all areas listed to complete property preservation work.

Direct deposit offered.

Work to be completed:

Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)

Bi-Weekly grass cuts

Debris removal/trash outs

Repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, etc)

REO rehab work

Evictions

Roof Tarp/Repair

Board ups/reglaze

Janitorial/maid services

Pool securing/Servicing

Inspections

Mold remediation

Hazard removal

We are looking to add reliable vendors that can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, bolt boarding, maid service, sales cleans and basic home repairs. Must have digital camera/smartphone to document before, during and after stages of work, laptop/pc, smartphone, tools, lawn equipment. Your smartphone is your camera. We use apps to eliminate excessive paperwork. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Must have a valid driver's license, small working capital, locks (deadbolt and knobs) on hand or the ability to order them at any time. You need to have the ability to submit photos/results on a daily basis which also includes on or before your due date. Background checks will be administered to obtain your ABC#.

We currently have crews in the area but are experiencing large growth. Immediate work is available for those with experience and equipment readily available. For those with less experience, we can do training (must have some basic experience). As mentioned, must be able to turn in results on time as timeliness and accuracy is crucial to increase your volume.

Essential worker authorization letters available if needed.
