Role/Title: Shipment Coordinator

Pay: $15-16/hr with monthly bonuses. Monthly bonuses range from $50-$150 based on company performance. A $200 sign-on bonus will be granted at the end of the third month of your employment.

Schedule: Very flexible, 3 days per week is ideal, but the schedule will depend on candidates' availability.

Duties:

-Packing and preparing outgoing equipment shipments (Up to 50-pound crates)

-Unpacking and logging incoming equipment shipments (50-pound crates)

-Organizing basic information about equipment status on a computer

-Conversing with UPS over the phone about shipments and general questions

-Cleaning, organizing, charging, and packing equipment.

-Utilizing Google Apps and basic spreadsheets to keep track of information

-Assist with General Business Operations

Requirements:

[ ] Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and work unsupervised

[ ] Experience with Gmail, spreadsheets, and a basic understanding of shipping software

[ ] Customer Service Minded We provide outstanding customer service and care

[ ] Follow processes and willing to learn new company processes

[ ] Verifiable employment reference/s

Bonuses:

[ ] Past verifiable experience in similar roles

[ ] Experience with Inventory Management and Organization

Additional information:

-Hours will start as Part-Time, 20-30 hours per week, between 8 am and 4 pm

-Opportunity to eventually move to full-time, 40 hours per week between 8 am and 4 pm.

-Must be clean in appearance. Expect background check and/or E-verify.
