You will need:

AZ State Caregivers Certification with all 3 levels of care

Current Fingerprint Clearance Card and able to pass current back ground check

Current TB test with Negative result (we can help with)

CPR / First Aid Certification

Demonstrate knowledge of Medication Management

Experience with Dementia, and Alzheimer's care preferred.

References from 3 prior employers
