Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description Our client, in the medical device manufacturing industry, is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team! This is for a small office, and looking for someone who would be a "Jack"/"Jane" of-all-trades, to help in processing full cycle accounting, as well as assist in admin duties including answering phones as needed. This is a great opportunity for a growing company, and will be temp-to-hire!Responsibilities: Effectively manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Conduct bank reconciliations regularly Handle phone inquiries professionally and promptly Carry out month-end close procedures Proficiently use computerized accounting systems like Quickbooks Online and Sage MAS 90 Work closely with the Financial Manager on any projects Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks and data management.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a related role. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel. Ability to handle all Accounting Functions effectively. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
